Ethiopia asked to justify expulsion of UN staff

The UN Secretary-General has demanded evidence from Ethiopia over its expulsion of seven UN staff on misconduct allegations.

Antonio Guterres intervened in a rare public exchange with Ethiopia’s ambassador. He’s also calling on its government to allow unrestricted access to deliver humanitarian aid to millions of people.
