What concerns me?<br><br>As long as we love others more than ourselves, Africa will suffer more than others!<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/TableShaker?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#TableShaker<\/a><\/p>&mdash; Reno Omokri (@renoomokri) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/renoomokri\/status\/1497300680490426368?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">February 25, 2022<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reno also stated that more people live and work in Ethiopia than in Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reno is a controversial online personnel in Nigeria with a large follow in all social media platforms, including 1.2 million followers in Twitter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reno claims that he has good knowledge about Ethiopia and the ongoing crisis in the country having already made more than 15 visits to the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reno advised Africans to love their fellow Africans more than they love others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAs long as we love others more than ourselves, Africa will suffer more than others\u201d, Reno warns Africans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Africa has been largely silent regarding the ongoing bloody war in Ethiopia and the continued atrocities in Tigray including war crimes, crimes against humanity, and possibly genocide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"490\" height=\"490\" src=\"https:\/\/axumawian.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/1-17.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13131\" srcset=\"https:\/\/axumawian.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/1-17.png 490w, https:\/\/axumawian.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/1-17-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 490px) 100vw, 490px\" \/><figcaption><em>Reno Omokri, former Goodluck Jonatan\u2019s aide<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The African Union is repeatedly criticized for not doing enough to resolve the crisis in Ethiopia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despite almost opposition unanimous opposition against establishment of an independent investigation body into the crimes committed in Ethiopia, the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/globenewsnet.com\/news\/former-icc-chief-prosecutor-fatou-bensouda-to-lead-probe-into-atrocities-in-ethiopia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">United Nation\u2019s Human Rights Council on Wednesday has appointed<\/a>&nbsp;former International Criminal Court (ICC) Chief Prosecutor, Fatou Bensouda, to head the UN commission of enquiry into alleged human rights violations committed in the conflict in Ethiopia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ethiopia\u2019s Prime Minister, Abiy Ahmed, launched a devastating war on Tigray in November 2020 by sending army and inviting Eritrean and Somalia national armies, UAE armed drones, and troops from Ethiopian regional states, to oust a TPLF-led regional government in Tigray after a long-standing political hostilities between Abiy\u2019s ruling party and the TPLF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 16 months war on Tigray that he has been undertaking has been marked by extreme brutality, including the use of rape and hunger as weapons of war, systematic destruction of Tigray, massacres and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/edition.cnn.com\/2021\/03\/10\/politics\/blinken-tigray-ethnic-cleansing\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ethnic cleansing<\/a>&nbsp;against Tigrayans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since June, Tigray has been put under a total humanitarian blockade by the Ethiopian government, with only&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/globenewsnet.com\/news\/tigray-government-says-ethiopia-and-allies-using-hunger-as-instrument-of-war-a-quarter-of-children-diagnosed-with-acute-malnutrition-siege-already-killed-thousands\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">less than 10 %<\/a>of the needed essential aid allowed to enter the region and no aid reached the region&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/globenewsnet.com\/news\/ethiopia-aid-agencies-suspend-operations-in-tigray-due-to-fuel-shortage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">since December 15, 2021<\/a>. This has resulted in man-made famine to more than 900,000 people in the region and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/globenewsnet.com\/news\/tigray-government-says-ethiopia-and-allies-using-hunger-as-instrument-of-war-a-quarter-of-children-diagnosed-with-acute-malnutrition-siege-already-killed-thousands\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">more than 5400<\/a>&nbsp;deaths as a result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/globenewsnet.com\/news\/lack-of-fuel-preventing-distribution-of-the-small-portion-of-the-critically-needed-essential-medical-supplies-in-tigray-region\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">World Health Organization last month called for \u201cunfettered access<\/a>\u201d into war-wracked Tigray, saying its first delivery of life-saving medical supplies since July last year had stalled due to lack of fuel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nearly&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/globenewsnet.com\/news\/almost-40-of-people-in-acute-hunger-in-embattled-and-blockaded-tigray-that-was-food-sufficient-before-the-war\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">40 percent<\/a>of people in Tigray, a region of six million people, face \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/globenewsnet.com\/news\/almost-40-of-people-in-acute-hunger-in-embattled-and-blockaded-tigray-that-was-food-sufficient-before-the-war\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">an extreme lack of food\u201d, the UN<\/a>&nbsp;said last month.
